- Support all import and drop shipments from suppliers to appointed sites. - Coordinate shipping requests from Project Team. - Check and ensure completeness of shipping documents from suppliers in accordance to purchase orders. - Liaise with suppliers and forwarders for arrangement of cargo collection. - Monitoring of all shipment status. - Other routine shipment related coordination and documentations. - Ensure good receipt by Project Team for all deliveries. - Other duties as assigned.
Kỹ năng và kinh nghiệm tối thiểu
- Minimum Diploma Holder preferably in Supply Chain or Logistics. - Knowledge in incoterms, shipping documents and marine insurance coverage is a must-have - At least 2 year of relevant experience in the Logistics/Supply Chain industry. - Initiative and willingness to learn. - Able to work independently. - Attentive to details and good coordination skills.
