Kỹ năng và kinh nghiệm tối thiểu

- Bachelor Degree in Finance, Accounting, Auditing, Economics - At least 4 years in similar roles in multinational companies, preferred in manufacturing - English Proficient - Result oriented, Project & Process Management, Effective Planning & Reporting - Good with financial software & tools (SAP, IBM, HFM, Oracle…) - Basic knowledge of financial regulations (VAS & IFRS Reporting) - Proficient analytical & numerical skills (Excel) - Sharp time management skills - Communication & Conflict Management - Ability to work and drive outcome independently - Flexibility & Change Management - Strong ethics with an ability to manage confidential data
