We are a global leader in in-vitro diagnostics (IVD), specializing in diabetes monitoring, chronic disease testing, anesthesia, and ophthalmology products. To strengthen our Vietnam team, we seek 4 highly motivated Sales Representatives (2 in HCMC and 2 in Hanoi) who embody our core values of excellence, collaboration, and results-driven execution. These roles are critical for implementing our sales strategy at the ground level. We prioritize candidates who demonstrate strong cultural alignment with our company's mission and exceptional efficiency in task execution. Key Responsibilities High-Efficiency Sales Execution: - Rapidly implement sales plans developed by Sales -Managers to achieve monthly/quarterly targets. - Demonstrate disciplined time management by maintaining a rigorous 5-days/week field visit schedule. - Provide same-day reporting of client interactions and sales outcomes. Cultural Ambassador Role: - Actively promote our company culture through professional conduct and brand representation. - Quickly adapt to and internalize our corporate values and operational protocols. - Serve as a cultural bridge between headquarters and local market needs. Precision Market Development: - Execute targeted client acquisition plans with measurable weekly progress. - Maintain 100% CRM accuracy with real-time updates on all sales activities. - Strictly adhere to compliance protocols in all client interactions. Team Synergy: - Demonstrate seamless collaboration with Sales Managers through prompt response and task completion. - Participate in mandatory weekly performance review sessions. - Contribute to team knowledge sharing with documented best practice

Requirements - 1+ years of sales experience with blood glucose meters. - Fresh graduates with demonstrated goal orientation and discipline will be considered. Operational Competencies: - Military-like discipline in schedule adherence and reporting. - Tech proficiency to utilize our sales enablement tools with minimal training. - Valid driver's license and willingness for extensive local travel. Performance Traits: - Documented history of meeting/exceeding targets (academic, sports, or professional). - Competitive spirit balanced with team collaboration. - Resilience in facing market challenges.
