About Foxetales Project Foxetales is a unique e-commerce project by Insights, specializing in premium personalized books aimed at the US market. Currently, the product development phase has been completed, and the project is preparing for market launch. Foxetales personalized books serve as unique gifts for children, offering educational value, creativity, and emotional family connections. We are seeking a talented and experienced **Project Manager** to lead and successfully grow this project in the international market. Key Responsibilities - Overall management of the Foxetales project, responsible for building product development strategies and business operations. - Plan and manage timelines, budgets, product quality, and marketing & sales activities. - Closely collaborate with internal departments (Design, Marketing, Development) and outsourcing partners to ensure progress and quality of work. - Conduct research and market analysis on the US market to identify new opportunities for product improvements, brand development, and revenue growth. - Develop and optimize operational processes and workflows among departments to enhance project efficiency. - Regularly report and update project progress to the Board of Directors.

Kỹ năng và kinh nghiệm tối thiểu

- Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Project Manager, preferably with experience managing e-commerce projects, personalized products, or education/book sectors. - Professional project management skills, with the ability to clearly and effectively plan strategies. - Strong business acumen, with a solid understanding of e-commerce and digital marketing. - Proficient in English (listening, speaking, reading, writing), capable of communicating and working directly with international partners. - Strong leadership skills, ability to effectively connect and collaborate across departments. - Proactive, creative, responsible, capable of handling issues quickly and making flexible decisions.
