About Foxetales Project Foxetales is a unique e-commerce project by Insights, offering premium personalized books targeting the US market. The product development phase has been completed, and the project is currently preparing for launch. Foxetales personalized books are special gifts that carry educational value, creativity, and emotional family connection. We are looking for a talented and experienced **Marketing Manager / Growth Manager** to lead strategic growth initiatives and drive sustainable success for the project. Key Responsibilities - Develop, execute, and manage comprehensive marketing and growth strategies to expand market presence and increase revenue in the US. - Conduct market research, analyze competitors, and stay updated on consumer trends to create effective marketing plans. - Manage and optimize Digital Marketing campaigns (SEO, SEM, Social Media, Email Marketing, Content Marketing, etc.). - Collaborate closely with internal teams (Design, Development, Product) and external partners to implement marketing initiatives effectively. - Monitor and evaluate campaign performance, optimize costs, and improve ROI across all channels. - Provide regular performance reports and strategic updates to the Board of Directors.

- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a Marketing Manager, Growth Manager, or equivalent role, preferably in e-commerce, personalized products, or the US market. - Strong understanding of Digital Marketing tools and data analytics. - Strategic thinker with creativity and strong business acumen. - Proficient in English (listening, speaking, reading, writing) and able to communicate directly with international partners. - Excellent leadership and cross-functional collaboration skills. - Proactive, responsible, problem-solving mindset with strong decision-making ability.
