Business Development Sales
- Perform application testing and evaluation of products and processes. - Troubleshoot technical problems experienced by customers. - Provide technical support for New Product Introductions or product developments. - Visit and communicate with customers. Daily customer engagement. - Coordinate with sales staff to support new business development. - Provide guidance to Technical and Production teams where applicable. - Provide technical reports to customers for complaints or technical problems. - To perform any other duties as assigned from their manager. - Prepare monthly reports on activities and projects.
- Minimum five years’ experience in an Industrial Chemist or Technical Service role - Proven familiarity with FRP composite materials - Hands-on application experience with UPR/VE resins or gel coats (preferred) - In-depth knowledge of UPR chemistry - Fluent in spoken and written English - Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint - Excellent analytical and troubleshooting abilities - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Demonstrated ability to resolve complex technical issues - Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering, Chemistry, or equivalent
