- Lead on-site erection, assembly, wiring, pneumatic layout, and full-process commissioning of non-standard automation equipment at customer sites; ensure equipment meets specifications. - Support customer acceptance; provide training on equipment operation, maintenance, and fault handling; compile and deliver SOPs, commissioning reports, and technical documents. - Liaise with customer technical departments; relay needs and issues; coordinate internal teams to close problems and maintain strong customer relationships. - Participate in technical optimisation discussions; propose improvements to structure and commissioning workflows based on field experience. - Accept domestic and international business trips; independently complete all on-site tasks; report progress and site conditions promptly.
Kỹ năng và kinh nghiệm tối thiểu
- Bachelor's degree or above in Mechanical or Automation Engineering. - 2+ years of experience with non-standard automation equipment including installation, commissioning, and technical support; familiar with custom/non-standard automation or engineering equipment. - Able to read mechanical drawings, electrical schematics, and wiring diagrams; capable of troubleshooting sensors, cylinders, solenoid valves, motors; familiar with basic PLC operations. - Strong hands-on skills; able to independently complete on-site assembly, wiring, pneumatic layout, program debugging, and equipment calibration. - Good English AND Chinese (listening, speaking, reading, writing — both required). - Able to read and write technical documents in both Chinese and English; good cross-cultural communication skills. - Basic project management capability; excellent communication skills and team spirit. - Customer-service mindset; willing to travel internationally and work on-site as required.
