The primary function of this role is to support the Sales Team by engaging with customers, processing orders, and coordinating logistics. 1. Team Building and Management • Lead, build, and manage the operational teams across Vietnam to ensure smooth daily operations in air freight and warehousing. • Provide guidance, training, and support to enhance overall team performance and efficiency. 2. Execution of Business Development Plans • Implement business growth plans in line with company goals. • Collaborate with the General Manager to oversee the formulation and execution of regional business strategies. • Participate in key decision-making processes and foster a culture of efficiency, collaboration, and positivity within the team. 3. Air Freight Operations Management • Oversee daily air freight operations, including import/export processes and billing procedures. • Ensure high levels of customer service and maintain strong relationships with clients and vendors. 4. Coordination and Stakeholder Management • Manage and coordinate relationships with agents, carriers, vendors, overseas offices, and customers to ensure smooth operations. 5. Customer Relationship Management • Build and maintain close partnerships with air freight clients. • Drive business growth, respond to customer needs promptly and efficiently, and continuously improve customer satisfaction. 6. Internal Organization Management • Control operational costs within the Vietnam region, ensure budget compliance, and achieve profitability and sustainable growth. • Collaborate with the sales team to ensure the effective execution of sales strategies and business growth targets. 7. Emergency Response and Problem Solving • Support the team in handling emergencies to ensure business continuity and operational stability. 8. Other Duties • Complete other tasks assigned by senior management, including recruitment and management of local staff. • Collaborate with teams across the organization to drive overall business development.
Kỹ năng và kinh nghiệm tối thiểu
• A Bachelor’s Degree. • At least 5 years experience in Logistics, experience in Air freight industry or Sea Freight • Fluency in English is a must. • Comfortable working within a fast-paced and deadline-driven environment. • Ability to work under pressure. • Strong analytical skills and problem-solving mentality. • Strong customer service and interpersonal communication skills and the ability to resolve conflicts in a professional and urgent manner. • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
