- Lead the end-to-end product lifecycle for Web3 card products (e.g., U Card), including virtual and physical card issuance, binding, payments, and user experience optimization. - Deeply understand the Visa and MasterCard network, including integration processes, settlement flows, security, and compliance requirements. - Collaborate with compliance and risk teams to design and refine KYC processes, ensuring adherence to regulatory requirements across different regions. - Work closely with growth and marketing teams to develop and execute user acquisition, activation, and retention strategies for card users. - Manage partnerships and integrations with issuing banks, card networks (Visa/MasterCard), and payment processors to ensure operational excellence. - Analyze product and user data to drive continuous improvements in product experience and business metrics. - Explore and drive innovation in Web3-native use cases for cards, such as on-chain top-ups, NFT-linked cards, and decentralized identity integrations.
Kỹ năng và kinh nghiệm tối thiểu
- 3+ years of product management experience in fintech or payments, with direct hands-on ownership of virtual or physical card products (not peripheral involvement) - Solid working knowledge of Visa/Mastercard payment rails, clearing and settlement processes, and card lifecycle management - Familiarity with KYC/KYT requirements, AML standards, and payments compliance frameworks across at least one major regulated market - Working knowledge of Web3 ecosystems sufficient to spec and ship on-chain payment features: crypto wallets (MetaMask, Bitget Wallet, or equivalent), on-chain transaction flows, and foundational blockchain concepts - Demonstrated track record of driving user growth using structured product methodologies - Fluent English for managing international partners and cross-regional teams - Mandarin proficiency (written and spoken)
