- Delivering high quality features to our users, contributing as a strong technical leader and hands-on engineer. - Collaborating closely with engineers, architects, and UX designers across geographies to shape the future of our product suite. - Supporting and mentoring engineers in Vietnam, fostering their growth and wellbeing. - Facilitating communication and collaboration between Vietnam-based engineers and the broader engineering organization. - Championing best practices in technology, security, scalability, and ways of working. - Owning tech initiatives, from inception to delivery. - Organizing and prioritizing work effectively, enabling rapid decision-making and efficient product delivery. - Communicating clearly and effectively with stakeholders across locations.
Kỹ năng và kinh nghiệm tối thiểu
- Proven experience and interest working with React/Next.js, or similar JavaScript framework. We use Next.js 14 with Nx and gRPC. - Strong understanding of software engineering principles, including testing and automation. - A good understanding of WCAG Accessibility 2.0, Level AA or higher. - Experience with continuous integration, continuous delivery, and continuous deployment. - Experience working in an agile team environment and using relevant tools. - Experience leading and mentoring engineers, both locally and remotely. - Ability to support individuals on a day-to-day basis and foster a positive team culture. - An eye for product and design excellence.
