Responsibilities - Manage and develop team members (3-4 people expected). - Lead the design and UX improvements of new features for our product - Consider design rules and build design systems.
- 6-7+ years of experience in UI/UX designing - Team management experience (3-4 members expected). - Experience in UI/UX design for web services. - Experience with Figma. - Business-level English or above. - Business-level Japanese or above. - Experience with agile or scrum development frameworks. - Experience in a fast-paced/start-up environment. - Experience in UI/UX design for SaaS or B2B services.
