Business Analyst Enginering
As a Security Analyst you would be expected to provide support to the Aerospace Business Units which are utilizing SAP. You need to be comfortable with end user interactions and in supporting those sites which are still on ECC as well as the S/4 Business Unit. In addition, you will need to know how to assist in creating Technical Design Spec’s for Security related tasks in support of new functionality, testing upgrades and enhancements, working with other functional team members, and in provide day to day support. The following is a brief listing of skills and other responsibilities that will make you successful in this position. • Good experience in supporting previous clients as a Security team member. • Ability to work on your own without constant supervision. • Design, configure, test, and deploy prototype and production ready solutions, and manage your own Transport requests. • Experience in segregating end users, and their data, in a multi-company code environment, and in assisting developers as needed with functional authorizations and new role creations. • Strong organization and communication skills and the ability to work in a collaborative team environment. • Focus on customer service and responsiveness, with sound customer interaction skills. • Experience in post go-live production support and break/fix. • Proven ability to analyse complex problems, propose innovative solutions, and assisting in driving projects to successful completion. • Enjoy being part of a team that delivers enterprise-wide SAP Transformational Solutions.
• 5+ plus years of SAP Security experience and ideally having participated in a minimum of two full life cycle implementations. • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field required; a combination of education and experience may also be considered. Advanced degree a plus. • Experience with SAP ECC and/or S/4HANA. • Experience working on projects using SAP’s ASAP or Activate methodology and thereby gained experience in understanding requirements, project planning, and the importance of end-to-end solutions. • Experience implementing and supporting multiple facilities in a dispersed geographical area. • Competent in maintaining End User documentation. • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. • Experience in designing user management systems, and in resolving SOD and end user authorization issues. • Resolving user security incidents and in segregating users via tcode authorizations. • 2+ years working in a GRC access control environment. Familiar with Risk Analysis and Remediation (RAR) and mitigating SOD issues across small and large user bases. • SAP role design, security administration and analysis. • Focus on deadlines and requirement details. • Excellent communications and interpersonal skills. • Ability to work collaboratively in a team and independently when required.
