Management Storytelling
- Build & Scale: Develop brand strategy and positioning from early-stage to growth, ensuring alignment with business vision. - Identity & Consistency: Create, manage, and evolve the brand identity (CI/BI) across all channels. - Global Communication: Plan and execute 360° brand campaigns (digital, PR, activation, social media, events) with both in-house and outsourced resources. - Market & Competition: Conduct research on market trends, customer behavior, and competitor activities to identify opportunities and propose differentiation strategies. - Global Outsourcing Management: Collaborate with international agencies/partners to execute campaigns efficiently and ensure high-quality deliverables. - Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with Product, Sales, PR, and Trade Marketing teams to ensure cohesive messaging. - Performance & ROI: Manage brand budget, track ROI, and measure brand performance (awareness, equity, SOV, perception).
- Minimum 5 years in Marketing/Branding, with at least 2 years as Brand Manager or equivalent. - Proven experience in building brands from scratch (early-stage/startup), preferably in technology or SaaS companies. - Strong track record in Tech / AI / Blockchain / Web3 industries. - Experience in working with and managing global outsourcing/agency partners. Knowledge & Skills - Strong understanding of brand building and integrated marketing communications (IMC). - Proficient in Digital Marketing tools, market research, and data-driven analysis. - Excellent storytelling and positioning skills. - Strong project and agency management skills, with ability to juggle multiple priorities.
