Job Overview And Responsibility
- Develop and execute test plans, test cases, and test scripts. - Perform functional, regression, integration, and performance testing. - Identify, document, and track defects in a clear and concise manner. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand requirements and provide feedback. - Participate in design and code reviews to ensure quality standards are met. - Automate testing processes where applicable to improve efficiency. - Mentor junior QA team members and share best practices. - Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the QA process.
Required Skills and Experience
- Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field from a reputable institution. Experience: - Minimum of 3 years of experience in software quality assurance. - Strong understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC) and testing methodologies. - Proficiency in writing and executing SQL queries. - Experience with test automation tools (e.g., Selenium, JUnit, TestNG). - Familiarity with Agile methodologies. - Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
