Job Overview And Responsibility

• Work with engineers, designers, product managers and senior leadership to turn our product and technical vision into a tangible roadmap every quarter. • Build, test and ship customer facing features/products using tools and framework like React Native, Typescript, ES6, and Redux. • Write high quality, well tested code to meet the needs of your customers. • Leverage native APIs for deeper integrations with iOS/Android platforms. • Oversee and mentor a tight-knit, ambitious team of engineers and grow that team over time to own more of the tech stack and engineering org • Maintain a high bar for coding excellence and a passion for design and architecture

Required Skills and Experience

• 3+ years developing production in React Native and Typescript • Bachelor's/Master's Degree in a related field • Demonstrated ability to design, implement, and scale performant distributed systems and high-volume transaction application • Experience with exchange/trading/banking  • Track record building and deploying products from scratch. Be extremely comfortable with dealing with an exceptionally high level of uncertainty and a steep learning curve of working with new concepts • Fluency in English, both spoken and written

Preferred skills and experiences

• You have a competitive programming background, participated in Informatics Olypiad or ACM-ICPC competition • You have experience with Blockchains (such as Ethereum, Solana etc.) • You've worked on React Native teams in the consumer, finance or security space. • Understanding of iOS SDK/Android framework API and application lifecycles
