- Act as main contact point between managed sellers and other departments for all operational inquiries - Manage and resolve operational questions & issues faced by sellers on a day-to-day basis. - Analyze, monitor, and report seller’s performance using operational metrics. - Proactively flag out non-performing sellers and put up an improvement plan for them. - Visit sellers in their offices/warehouses to understand their process flow - Build strong relationships with sellers to gain in-depth understanding of seller’s insights. - Perform other duties as assigned by the line manager.
- Maximum one year of experience is required. - Good communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills - Possess a customer-oriented mindset - Able to work under pressure with fast paced environments
