Job Overview And Responsibility

• Plan recruitment for assigned positions, coordinate with specialized departments to clarify recruitment requirements and propose effective recruitment plans. • Carry out recruitment steps according to the Company's recruitment process. • Prepare for the candidate's job acceptance process and guide new employees to prepare for the first day of work. • Manage, update candidate data and make reports as required by superiors. • Other tasks assigned from HR Director/Office Manager.

Required Skills and Experience

• University graduated, major in Human Resources or equivalent. • 1 years’ experience as a Talent Acquisition at technology company. • Good command written communication skills in English or Mandarin. • Have a great teamwork spirit. • Good planning and organization skills, able to analyze and solve problem.
