Branding Marketing Digital Marketing Project Management
1) Brand Strategy Development - Define and execute a comprehensive brand strategy that aligns with company goals - Maintain brand consistency across all touchpoints, ensuring alignment with the brand’s vision, mission, and values 2) Marketing Campaigns Development - Leverage consumer insights to support development, implementation, and optimization of multi-channel marketing campaigns to drive brand awareness, trial, consideration and build brand equity worth - Monitor and prepare campaign performance, analyze results, and provide actionable insights for continuous improvement 3) Content Creation and Storytelling: - Oversee the creation of high-quality content that effectively communicates the brand’s story, values, and unique value propositions - Collaborate with creative teams to deliver engaging visual and written content 4) Market Research and Competitive Analysis - Collaborate with CMI to conduct market research to understand consumer behavior, industry trends, and competitive landscape - Use insights to shape marketing strategies and identify growth opportunities 5) Team Leadership and Collaboration: - Lead and mentor a team of marketing professionals, fostering a collaborative and results-driven environment. - Work cross-functionally with product, sales, and customer service teams to align on brand messaging and goals - Engage with key cross functional stakeholders internally to drive and build joint plans and projects to deliver against business goals 6) Performance Measurement: - Define KPIs and track performance metrics to evaluate the success of branding initiatives - Prepare and present regular performance reports to senior leadership 7) Agency Partner Management: - Lead and drive creative and marketing development with key groups of agency partners on strategy, creative, activation and implementation - Define KPIs and track performance
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred). - Minimum of 7 years of experience in brand marketing or a related field, with at least 2 years in a leadership role - Proven track record of managing successful branding and marketing campaigns - Strong knowledge of digital marketing, social media platforms, and emerging trends - Excellent communication, storytelling, and project management skills. - Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and translate insights into strategy.
