Job Overview And Responsibility
- Serve as the primary liaison with KOLs, merchants, and business partners on behalf of the CEO - Track and follow up on active projects across internal teams and external stakeholders - Provide real-time interpretation and translation across Chinese, Vietnamese, and English during meetings, negotiations, and operations - Manage the CEO s schedule, travel, and confidential documentation - Prepare briefing materials, meeting summaries, and progress reports - Coordinate cross-functional execution to ensure CEO directives are implemented on time - Support business development activities including partner outreach and follow-up • 代表CEO作为达人、商家及业务合作伙伴的主要对接人 • 跟进并推动内外部团队的项目进展 • 在会议、商务谈判及日常运营中提供中英越实时口译 • 管理CEO日程、差旅安排及机密文件 • 准备汇报材料、会议纪要及工作进展报告 • 协调跨部门执行，确保CEO指令按时落地 • 协助商务拓展活动，包括合作方触达与跟进
Required Skills and Experience
- Native Vietnamese speaker with professional-level Mandarin Chinese (spoken and written) - 3+ years of experience in an EA, project coordinator, or business execution role - Prior experience at a new media company or Multi-Channel Network (MCN) agency - High responsiveness and comfort working in a fast-decision environment directly under senior leadership • 越南语母语，具备职业级普通话（听说读写） • 3年以上行政助理、项目协调或业务执行相关工作经验 • 响应速度快，能适应在高层管理者直接督导下的高效决策环境 • 有新媒体公司或多频道网络（MCN）机构从业背景
