Job Overview And Responsibility
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable and reliable backend services. - Participate in the full software development lifecycle: analysis, design, coding, testing, deployment, and monitoring. - Optimize system performance to handle high concurrency and large-scale traffic. - Collaborate with frontend, mobile, and product teams to deliver new features effectively. - Monitor, measure, and improve service performance, proactively addressing potential issues. - Ensure security, compliance, and code quality standards are always met
Required Skills and Experience
- 2+ years of hands-on experience in backend development using Java, or similar languages such as Golang or Python. - Proven experience working with high-concurrency systems or applications serving large user bases. - Strong understanding of microservices architecture, RESTful APIs, and common design patterns. - Experience with GCP or AWS, Kubernetes (K8s), Docker, and CI/CD pipelines. - Proficiency in both SQL and NoSQL databases (PostgreSQL, MongoDB, Redis, etc.). - Solid understanding of unit testing, clean code principles, and performance optimization. - Analytical mindset, strong problem-solving skills, and team-oriented attitude.

Preferred skills and experiences
- Experience in FinTech, Banking, Payment, or AI-based systems. - Hands-on knowledge of real-time data processing or message queues (Kafka, RabbitMQ). - Understanding of system design, distributed systems, or event-driven architecture.
