Job Overview And Responsibility

Lead end-to-end implementation and support of SAP S/4HANA in the CO, PS, and RA modules. ✓ Design, configure, and test SAP S/4HANA solutions to meet business requirements in the areas of: • CO: Cost Center Accounting, Internal Orders, Profit Center Accounting, Product Costing (CO-PC), COPA. • PS: WBS, Networks, Milestones, Cost Planning, Budgeting, Actual Costing. • RA: Setup and execution of RA methods (e.g., Cost-Based RA, Revenue-Based RA). ✓ Collaborate with business users to gather and analyze requirements and translate them into system solutions. ✓ Provide support for month-end and year-end financial closing activities related to CO/PS. ✓ Conduct workshops, prepare functional specifications, and interact with ABAP developers for custom enhancements. ✓ Perform data migration activities related to project accounting and CO objects. ✓ Develop test scripts, perform integration testing (SIT/UAT), and provide training to end users. ✓ Work with cross-functional teams including FI, MM, SD, and PP for seamless integration. ✓ Troubleshoot and resolve incidents in SAP CO/PS/RA modules and provide continuous improvement solutions.

Required Skills and Experience

Bachelor’s/master’s degree in technology, Finance, Accounting, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field. ✓ Minimum of 10 years of SAP experience, with at least 2 full-cycle implementations on SAP S/4HANA. ✓ Strong understanding of business processes in project accounting, controlling, and results analysis. ✓ Proven experience in configuring and supporting CO (CCA, PCA, Internal Orders), PS (WBS, Networks, Budgeting), and RA (cost/revenue-based methods). ✓ Experience with S/4HANA and Fiori Apps is preferred. ✓ Experience with S/4HANA migration projects. ✓ Ability to write detailed functional specifications for RICEFW (Reports, Interfaces, Conversions, Enhancements, Forms, and Workflows). ✓ Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. ✓ Experience working with Agile/Waterfall methodologies.
