Job Overview And Responsibility

1. Government & Instituational Relations - Stakeholder ownership: Act as day-to-day counterpart relevant city departments — you are the person they call. - Submissions & correspondence: Draft, translate, and shepherd official letters, proposals, and responses to department queries (bilingual EN/VN), tracking each one to a decision rather than to a send button. - Permits & compliance: Map the approval path for each site, chase permits through the process, and flag regulatory changes (e.g., sidewalk and parking rules) before they become blockers. - Meeting discipline: Prepare briefing packs, take minutes, and convert every meeting into written commitments with owners and dates. 2. Corporate Relationship Development (iSac & E2W) - Account origination: Build a pipeline of corporate location partners — F&B and coffee chains, convenience store chains, shopping centres, office towers, hotels, hospitals, universities, and residential developers — and take them from first contact to signed agreement. - Chain-level deals: Move beyond single sites: negotiate master agreements with head offices so one signature unlocks dozens of locations. - iSac network rollout: Own the deployment of shared power bank kiosks at partner sites — placement, install coordination, staff briefing, and signage — and hold partners accountable to agreed terms. - Commercial terms: Negotiate revenue share, rental, exclusivity, and renewal terms; know the unit economics well enough to walk away from a bad site. - Account management: Serve as the ongoing relationship owner: quarterly performance reviews with partners, issue resolution, upsell from iSac into E2W parking and charging (and vice versa). - Pipeline hygiene: Keep the partner CRM accurate and forecastable — the VP should be able to see the state of every deal without asking. 3. Deployment & Network Build - Site surveys: Walk sites, assess power access, footfall, and safety, and produce station- and kiosk-siting recommendations with maps and photos. - Parking network: Build and manage the private-land parking partner network — outreach to building managers, cafés, convenience stores, and residential complexes; negotiate terms; keep the CRM current. - Launch readiness: Own defined workstreams in the launch plan: vendor coordination, station-readiness checklists, signage, and go-live logistics. - Operator coordination: Work with field teams on fleet placement, rebalancing, battery-swap logistics, and iSac kiosk servicing; feed operational reality back into the plan. 4. Analysis & Reporting - Deal support: Maintain the site-level financial and demand assumptions behind each deployment, and stress-test them against what you see on the ground. - Performance tracking: Report utilisation, revenue per bike, revenue per kiosk, and partner-level performance; identify what is underperforming and propose the fix. - Institutional memory: Keep the project tracker, document library, and partner records in a state where anyone can pick them up.

Required Skills and Experience

- Experience: 2–5 years in management consulting, a high-growth startup, infrastructure/real estate, public-sector advisory, B2B partnerships, or a comparable operating role. - Language: Native-level Vietnamese and fluent professional English, both written and spoken. You will draft bilingual documents that go to government. - Writing: You can produce a clear, correct, formal Vietnamese official letter and a crisp English memo in the same afternoon. - Commercial nerve: Comfortable pitching, negotiating, and closing with corporate decision-makers — and comfortable hearing no. - Fieldwork: Willing and able to spend a meaningful share of your week outside the office — on campuses, at wards, on sidewalks, in the sun. Motorbike licence required. - Ownership: A track record of running something end to end without being managed daily. ↳ Quyền sở hữu: Có kinh nghiệm điều hành một dự án từ đầu đến cuối mà không cần được quản lý hàng ngày.

Why Candidate should apply this position

- Scope: Very few 2–5 year roles put you across a government table, in a corporate boardroom, and on a deployment site in the same week. This one does. - Impact: You are helping decide how a city of nine million moves the last mile — and stays charged. - Access: Direct line to the VP and to group leadership. Your work goes to the City People s Committee, not into a folder. - Trajectory: We are building the Vietnam team now. The people who deliver in the first year lead the second. - Reward: Competitive salary with performance bonus, full statutory benefits, and an international working environment.

Preferred skills and experiences

- Sector exposure: Mobility, smart city, or O2O. - Channel experience: Existing relationships with retail chains, F&B groups, or commercial property managers in HCMC. - Government experience: Prior dealings with Vietnamese authorities, licensing, or public-private projects. - Tooling: Strong Excel/Sheets modelling; comfortable building a deck that a board will actually read.
