Job Overview And Responsibility

- Ensure compliance with Vietnam’s national HSE regulations, industry standards, and company HSE policies. - Conduct risk assessments, safety audits, inspections, and incident investigations at operational sites. - Organize and deliver safety training and awareness programs to site staff and contractors. - Maintain documentation and reporting of HSE performance indicators (e.g., near misses, incidents, corrective actions). - Coordinate emergency response drills and ensure safety equipment is maintained and compliant. - Act as the liaison between the company and local farmer cooperatives and communities. - Plan and implement community development initiatives aligned with the company’s CSR strategy. - Facilitate agricultural extension services, training programs, and livelihood improvement projects. - Monitor and evaluate CSR project outcomes, ensuring alignment with SDGs and company commitments. - Support ESG data collection, analysis, and reporting for Vietnam operations. - Assist in implementing ESG frameworks, including stakeholder engagement and materiality assessments. - Contribute to environmental monitoring (e.g., waste, emissions, water use) and social impact assessments. - Support audits, third-party assessments, and customer sustainability requirements.

Required Skills and Experience

- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Environmental, Mechanical, Chemical, or related field) – mandatory as per Vietnamese regulations for HSE roles. - 5 years of relevant experience in HSE, CSR, or ESG roles. - Knowledge of Vietnam’s HSE laws, CSR best practices, and sustainability reporting. - Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills in both Vietnamese and English. - Proficient in MS Office and familiar with digital tools for data tracking and reporting.
