Job Overview And Responsibility
- Assist in the development and execution of integrated digital transformation projects. Contribute to client and in-house digital transformation projects under the guidance of the Director. - Work closely with the digital transformation team to provide necessary support to the CDO. Engage in collaborative efforts with other departments to integrate digital strategies across the company. - Lead the development and maintenance of the website, ensuring it meets the latest standards and provides an excellent user experience. - Utilize Google Analytics to monitor and analyze website performance, providing insights and recommendations for improvement. - Develop and implement SEO strategies to improve our website's visibility and ranking on search engines. - Participate in the planning and implementation of marketing digital transformation projects for clients. Assist in managing client relationships and communications. - Contribute to the management of digital projects, ensuring timely delivery and quality standards. Assist in supervising client reports and provide support in client negotiations. - Stay abreast of the latest trends in digital marketing and transformation. Apply this knowledge to contribute to innovative and effective strategies.
Required Skills and Experience
- Proficiency in analytics tools for evaluating customer experience. - Strong collaboration skills with internal teams and external partners. - Excellent communication, organizational, and project management skills. - Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment. - Expertise in website development, analysis, and SEO. Experience leading digital projects and presenting to clients.
