Sale Negotiation Presentation Skills
- Detailing company products to optical outlets - Working towards monthly sales and revenue targets as set by the National Sales Manager - Progressing towards activity targets and KPIs set by the National Sales Manager - Attending to customers’ needs and requirements as well as providing prompt after-sales service - Maintaining and developing relationships with existing customers and new customers - Negotiating the terms of agreement and closing sales - Gathering of customer and market information - Gaining clear understanding of customers’ businesses and requirements - Representing the company in trade shows, events and exhibitions - Advising customers on new products and special promotions - Reviewing sales targets and aiming to exceed sales targets - Attending team meetings and sharing the best practice with colleagues - Follow-up closely with accounts receivables to ensure targeted bill collection ratio - Establish good visual visibility display for brand awareness - Plan and execute account promotions and marketing activities - Any other duties and responsibilities as assigned by the management
- Minimum Diploma in Business, Marketing or Optometry - At least 2 years related work experience preferably from the optical industry - Previous experience in a sales role - Self-motivated and organized individual with a positive can-do attitude - Track record of achieving KPIs and targets - Outgoing with an ability to build rapport with people of all backgrounds - Honest with strong sense of integrity and will to do the right thing - Good commercial sense and business acumen - Strong presentation and selling skills
