Finance / Accounting Tax Compliance Communications Accounting
- Full-Cycle Accounting: Manage all aspects of financial accounting, including but not limited to, general ledger maintenance, accounts payable/receivable, payroll processing, and financial reporting. - Cost Accounting: Demonstrate expertise in cost analysis, allocation, and control within a manufacturing setting. Accurately calculate product costs and provide insights for cost optimization. - Tax Compliance: Ensure adherence to local tax regulations and timely submission of tax returns. Possess in-depth knowledge of tax laws, with a preference for candidates experienced in export tax rebates. - Financial Analysis: Prepare and analyze financial statements, budgets, and forecasts to support strategic decision-making. Identify trends, variances, and opportunities for improvement. - Internal Controls: Implement and maintain robust internal control procedures to safeguard company assets and ensure data accuracy. - Communication & Collaboration: Liaise effectively with internal departments, external auditors, and tax authorities. Fluent communication in Chinese is essential for seamless interaction with Chinese-speaking partners and management.
- Language Proficiency: Fluent in Chinese (both written and spoken). - Experience: Proven track record (minimum 3 years) in full-cycle accounting, preferably within the manufacturing industry. Demonstrated experience in cost accounting and tax compliance. - Export Tax Rebate Knowledge: Prior experience with export tax rebates is highly desirable. - Technical Skills: Proficient in various office software, including EXCEL, PowerPoint, MISA financial system, and ERP systems. - Age: Around 30 years old, with a balance of youthful energy and professional maturity.
- The company contributes to social insurance based on 70% of the total salary. - After a 2-month probation period, employees will immediately participate in social insurance. - Employees will receive a 13th-month salary at the end of the year. - Annual leave is accrued during the probation period, but it can only be used after the probation period ends. - For each holiday period, employees receive 100,000 VND. - For the Lunar New Year and New Year's Day, employees receive 200,000 VND.
