This Renewal Sales Specialist position will be responsible for executing on the sales strategy related to any renewals, including H/W maintenance, Software licenses, services, SaaS and cloud solutions across Vietnam market. This individual will be responsible for keeping the renewal rate at as high as possible and work closely with the client manager and Sales admin to identify and execute upsell strategies at the point of renewal. Future expectation is to build and manage a team of renewal specialist that will potentially include inside sales as well. Expected Responsibilities • Managing the different facets of service and support renewals • Preparing the renewal notification, quotations, invoices, and close the orders on time. • Contacting partner / clients directly to negotiate terms and conditions and render renewal contracts • Positioning services and escalating pain points to the Sales and Customer Success team • Forecasting trends and suggestions on how those trends can enhance retention rates • Bridging between Sales, Technology partners and management team as appropriate. • Refining renewal strategies that proactively engage a client in chopping the churn rates • Augmenting the upsell and cross-sell opportunities • Working with the technical /Presales and Product teams to receive feedback on the growing requirements of a customer • Meeting the desired goals and establishing metrics
Minimum Bachelor’s degree in a related field with strong analytical background. Having 5+ years of experience in the fields of direct account sales or renewals – or in the B2B SaaS industry is a must. Having a strong customer focus and a can do attitude is crucial to be successful. Ability to operate under strict deadlines and know how to prioritize the assigned tasks. Excellent proficiency with Microsoft Office applications and ability to learn new tools/systems Work across various internal organizations such as Sales/Pre Sales/Delivery and be collaborative to get things done. Excellent spoken and written communication skills in English, and other languages in South East Asia countries will be preferred. Japanese fluency would be an added benefit.
Salary will be based on agreement, with full salary during probation. Social insurance based on full salary. Twice-yearly bonuses and annual salary review.
