- Develop new food products, improve current products and food process technology: implement necessary experiments to develop recipes and arrange sessions to evaluate product samples (prepare lab scale samples, control lab scale recipes and keep record of lab scale samples, prepare a tasting session for new product) - Manage schedule and coordinate with other departments in implementing a project: prepare technical documents, raw materials and take part in industrial scale test of new/current products. - Conduct necessary experiments to determine shelf life of product (keep shelf life test sample with correct scheme, follow up shelf life test samples, prepare tasting and analysis shelf life test sample) - Technical support for quality matters, production troubles, and customer requirements, etc. - Other tasks as assigned by the manager. *Work at Can Giuoc, Long An factory (16km from HCMC), shuttle bus supported
- A Bachelor degree or equivalent. - Graduate major in Food Technology or related fields. - At least 2 years of experience in similar position - Good knowledge and expertise in food product formulation, production process and food microbiological, sensory evaluation, lab practice. - English ability: strong in reading and speaking. - Strong data analysis - Good Team-Player. - Effective communication, self-study, and problem-solving. - Time management.

(Korean speaking is a plus) (Experience in Food Manufacturing is a plus)
