The Alliance Manager will oversee and enhance relationships between internal organizations and partners, playing a critical role in driving sales growth. This position is essential for identifying strategic partnership opportunities, negotiating high-level agreements, and ensuring collaborations align with the organization’s strategic goals and sales targets. As the primary point of contact for partners, the manager will ensure smooth communication and coordination, maximizing the value of partnerships through effective management and support. • Identify and evaluate potential new partners by analyzing market trends and competitors’ strategies to support sales objectives. • Develop and negotiate partnership agreements, including terms of collaboration and financial arrangements, to drive revenue growth. • Coordinate with internal teams (marketing, sales, and product development) to ensure successful integration and execution of partnership initiatives that contribute to sales targets. • Organize and lead partnership meetings, presenting proposals and progress reports, and addressing any concerns to maintain strong and productive relationships that support sales goals. • Implement and manage partnership programs, monitoring performance metrics and adjusting strategies as necessary to maximize effectiveness and achieve sales targets. • Facilitate communication between partner organizations and the company, acting as a liaison to ensure smooth collaboration and address any issues that arise, directly impacting sales performance. • Maintain comprehensive documentation of all partnership activities, agreements, and communications to support sales strategies and legal compliance. • Research and apply for partnership awards and recognitions to enhance the company’s reputation and showcase successful collaborations that drive sales.
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; a Master's degree is a plus. Proven experience in partner development or business development, with a focus on strategic alliances that drive sales. Strong negotiation and communication skills. Fluency in English is mandatory; proficiency in Japanese is a plus. Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders that contribute to sales success. Self-starter, strategic thinker with strong business acumen. Experience working across organizations, regionally and globally, to support sales initiatives. Ability to work independently and influence teams positively to achieve sales targets. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Experience in conducting market research and analysis to support sales strategies. Knowledge of industry trends and best practices that drive sales. Ability to travel as needed.
