Job Overview And Responsibility
The Team Our co-founders are from top companies in Japan and in the world such as NRI, Keyence, LINE, Microsoft and PwC. They were selected as 「FORBES 30 UNDER 30 ASIA LIST」 in 2023. In our Engineering & Product team, we have members from more than 12 countries and they come from top tech companies in the world such as Google, Microsoft, Indeed, and famous tech companies in Japan such as Mercari, LINE, Yahoo, Smartnews etc. Our CDO (Chief Designer Officer), Naoya Oka, was the previous Head of Branding Design at Yahoo Japan. Responsibilities - Manage and develop team members (3-4 people expected). - Lead the design and UX improvements of new features for our product - Consider design rules and build design systems.
Required Skills and Experience
- 6-7+ years of experience in UI/UX designing - Team management experience (3-4 members expected). - Experience in UI/UX design for web services. - Experience with Figma. - Business-level English or above. - Business-level Japanese or above. - Experience with agile or scrum development frameworks. - Experience in a fast-paced/start-up environment. - Experience in UI/UX design for SaaS or B2B services.
