Job Overview And Responsibility
Provide comprehensive information about the services or products that customers are interested in through the company's Facebook channel. ● Gather all necessary information from customers to transfer to the Customer Service department for further consultation. ● Establish and maintain positive relationships with customers, ensuring their satisfaction and continued interest in the company's services. ● Support relevant departments in processing orders and other requests from customers
Required Skills and Experience
Anideal candidate must be: ● Currently enrolled in a bachelor’s degree program, preferably in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. ● CVMUSTINCLUDETHEDATEOFBIRTH. ● Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written. ● Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. ● Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills. ● Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). ● Prior experience in sales or customer service is a plus but not required. ● Eagernesstolearn and growin asales-oriented role.
