Job Overview And Responsibility

- Customer relationship management - Early involvement from NPI stage - Ensuring daily operation activities go smoothly    + Customer demand trend & fulfillment  + Outsource material planning and scheduling + Inventory management  + Supplier billing and customer AR collection - Risk management and complaints solving - Collect Market Intelligent. - Cross-function coordination and discussion

Required Skills and Experience

- Possess years of experience in a team management or supervisory role - 3+ years in order management, supply chain operations, or B2B customer service within a manufacturing or industrial trade environment - Hands-on working style: monitors daily operations directly, not only through dashboards - Language: Fluent Chinese speaking - Bachelor's in Business Management, International Trade, Supply Chain Management, or equivalent
