Job Overview And Responsibility
Responsible for the end-to-end procurement process from Purchasing Order (PO) issuance to delivery fulfillment and Payment settlement to support the needs of Business Units and meet agreed service levels. Key Responsibilities: - Procure goods, materials, components, or services in line with specified cost, quality and delivery targets - Expediting Purchase Order Delivery - Ensure that goods and services are timely delivered. - Resolve all invoice payment issues.
Required Skills and Experience
- Minimum years of experience in SAP and Procurement: 2 years - Experience working with the Vietnam's government - College graduate with major in Finance / Trade is preferred - Fluent English (Written and Spoken) - Communication skills, attitude and team player is important. - Strong administrative skills and task-oriented. - Strong time management skills.
