Collaborating Testing APIs
• Implement and validate tracking for client websites and mobile apps using GTM, JavaScript SDK, or server-side integration methods. • Review technical integration setups from clients to ensure compliance with platform guidelines and data schema standards. • Collaborate with product and client teams to define tracking requirements and ensure complete and accurate data capture. • Write clear and comprehensive documentation and integration guides for clients and internal teams. • Test and debug incoming data from various sources (web, app, CRM, etc.) using tools like Chrome DevTools, GTM Debug, Postman, etc. • Query and analyze data in relational databases (e.g., PostgreSQL, BigQuery) to ensure tracking events are stored and processed correctly. • Support the development of APIs and SDKs as needed to enhance integration capabilities. • Provide technical consultation and troubleshooting during client onboarding and after-go-live phases. • Monitor data pipelines and proactively identify discrepancies or tracking failures.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field. • Solid experience in web analytics tracking implementation (GTM, JavaScript tagging, or SDK integration). • 1+ years of experience working with SQL and relational databases (e.g., PostgreSQL, BigQuery, or similar). • Basic understanding of data modeling and how structured data is stored and queried. • Familiarity with REST APIs, JSON, XML, and event-based tracking systems. • Comfortable using tools for testing and validating tracking (e.g., DevTools, GTM preview, network tab, Postman). • Experience working in CDP, analytics, or marketing technology environments is a plus. • Strong problem-solving mindset and ability to handle technical communication with clients. • Good command of English (both written and spoken) for documentation and client communication. • Detail-oriented with a passion for clean, accurate, and well-documented data flows.
