To lead and drive marketing, pre-sales, planning, costing, project execution, and payment collection activities for the organization’s construction and EPC-related products and services. The role aims to achieve business growth through effective market penetration, strategic pricing, efficient execution, and strong customer relationship management, ensuring profitability and sustainability. Marketing & Pre-Sales • Develop, validate, and achieve the annual business plan for targeted products and services. • Continuously monitor market trends, identify emerging opportunities, and update market strategies accordingly. • Conduct competitor analysis to assess market positioning and identify differentiators. • Build and maintain strong relationships with current and prospective clients to improve market share. • Provide high-quality after-sales support and ensure resolution of customer complaints within stipulated timelines. • Review and ensure accuracy of quotations and alignment with project scope and business goals. • Lead the preparation and timely submission of tender documents in compliance with all requirements. Planning • Prepare and monitor project schedules and forecasts in collaboration with cross-functional teams. • Align planning activities with organizational objectives, resource availability, and execution capacity. Costing & Pricing • Formulate competitive pricing strategies based on cost structures, market conditions, and profitability targets. • Conduct detailed project costing considering COGS, VAT, AIT, Duties, PBT, and Gross Profit margins. Project Execution & Coordination • Assist in the execution of turnkey construction and EPC projects with end-to-end oversight. • Regularly monitor revenue generation and take corrective actions to meet or exceed financial targets. • Identify potential project dependencies or bottlenecks and coordinate timely resolutions. • Foster seamless collaboration with departments including Design & Estimation, Production, EPC, and Finance.
- Bachelors in Engineering in Civil or Mechanical Minimum 10–12 years of progressive experience in business development, project management, or sales in construction/EPC industry. - Strong analytical, negotiation, and communication skills. - Proven track record of achieving sales targets and handling complex projects. - Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office tools.

- Master’s degree preferred.
