Job Overview And Responsibility

1)Verify and process expense claims within specified policies, guidelines and procedures 2)Resolution of claims issues with employees, provide updates on claims status, inquiries 3)Analyze claims data to identify trends and patterns, contributing to data-driven decision-making. Prepare claims summaries and reporting 4)Identify areas for improvement in claims processing procedures and contribute to efficiency enhancements 5)Work with IT on system configuration changes 6)Perform system UAT on system configuration changes, etc 7)Publishing of KPIs and maintenance of dashboards, tracking cost drivers and recharges to BUs

Required Skills and Experience

1)Possess Bachelor or Diploma in Accounting 2)Minimum of 3 years’ experience in Accounts Payable operations/ expense claims processing 3)Proficiency in SAP system 4)Experience with Concur Expense Reimbursement System (preferred) 5)Experience in systems project implementation, system integration & UAT (preferred) 6)Proficiency in MS Programs (Excel, Word and PowerPoint) 7)Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, excellent communication skills (written and verbal), and the ability to work independently and as part of a team 8)Independent, exercises initiative and takes proactive action in performance of the job 9)Quick and a keen learner
