Brief: As the Sales Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving the sales growth and performance of our aftermarket performance motorcycle parts and accessories business in Vietnam. As we expand our business operations, your sales strategy will drive the market penetration upwards and establishing our market presence of our renowned automotive brands. Key Responsibilities: Sales Strategy Development: • Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and market penetration goals. • Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth. Customer Relationship Management: • Build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts, distributors and retailers. • Drive customer acquisition and retention strategies through effective communication and excellent service delivery. • Foster collaboration among the dealers and distributors to collectively enhance the visibility and reputation of our brands in the Vietnam region through joint promotional activities and initiatives. Product Knowledge and Promotion: • Develop a deep understanding of our product portfolio, including specifications, features and benefits. • Coordinate marketing and promotional activities to increase brand visibility and product awareness. • Provide marketing support to local distributors and dealers to enhance visibility and drive sales. Sales Forecasting and Reporting: • Monitor sales performance metrics, prepare regular sales reports, and provide insights to senior management. • Forecast annual, quarterly, and monthly sales revenue targets, adjusting strategies as needed to achieve objectives. Market Intelligence: • Monitor market trends and gather intelligence to provide insights on consumer preferences, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities. • Share feedback with Area Distributors to optimize inventory management and product offerings. • Represent the company at industry trade shows, conferences and events to network and promote our automotive brands. • Identify opportunities for partnerships and collaborations to expand market reach. Implementation of Company and Team Culture: • Ensure compliance with company directives, including new product launches, pricing structures, and area segmentation strategies. • Provide guidance and support to dealers and distributors in aligning with company goals. • Foster a culture of success, collaboration, and continuous improvement within the Minh Hoh Sales Team.
