Branding Brand Management
Job Summary: Assistant Brand Manager will collaborate with Brand Manager to help develop and implement effective brand-building strategies. Main Roles and Duties: - Define a clear product strategy. - Develop a product roadmap, New Product Innovation management, and anticipate potential scenarios during operation. - Conduct market research to identify customer needs and desires for the product - Assess the market and analyze competing products. - Establish the product's value proposition and collaborate with relevant departments to guide product development. - Perform additional tasks related to the company's specific products . - Get close to customers/consumers via frequent market visits. - Be able to work well with cross functions to drive sales and build the Product and category - Lead cross functions (supply chain, purchasing, sales, trade marketing, stratergy marketing) to run the New Product development process: sales forecasting, stock management, and sales movements... to ensure the launch's success in Vietnam. - Follow up and control Marketing expenses. - Smoothly cooperate with other Departments to handle tasks related to the Product in charge. - Other tasks assigned by the line manager.
- Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Economics, or related major. - At least 03 years experience in product management or ABM positions - Strong logical thinking skills; analyzing and solving problems effectively - Multi-task and be proactive & independent in a fast-paced, ownership in dynamic environment.
