Marketing Marketing Management
• Team size: 4 District Trade Managers (PG Sup), 80 CLPs • Plan and develop Trade Consumer activities in the assigned area. • Manage and supervise group leaders (UTM, Supervisors of Category Advisory Team, Supervisor of Trade Coordinator Team) to achieve targets assigned by the Trade Consumer Department. • Manage and train the Trade Consumer Team, support the Sales Team to create demand and develop the market in the assigned area. • Develop marketing opportunities through research, analyzing sales data, and market insights. • Plan, develop, and review Promotion Programs, Display Programs, and activities. • Develop and implement branding campaigns through the organization of events. • Build relationships with customers, explore their needs, and anticipate new opportunities. • Handle issues related to Sales Operations in the region within the given authority. • Accept and implement extra assignments related to the common goals of the company.
Work Experience • Minimum 7 years of related experience in Trade Marketing/Milk Industry/FMCG business • At least 5 years of experience at the Manager level with significant achievements in managing a large area and a team of 20 staff members • Good record in previous companies Education • Bachelor's degree and above, preferably in Business Administration CORE Skills Required • Organization and planning skills • Negotiation skills • Customer service • Behavioral/Leadership Skills (Competencies required for the role) • Integrity • Problem-solving skills • Critical thinking Language Skill • Good oral and written communication • English Computer Skill • MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
