Principal Duties (Core Job Responsibilities): • Responsible for developing annual marketing plans and best-in-class execution for assigned brand(s), which generate demand, strengthen brand equity, and grow sales and market share. • Makes business decisions for the brand through a strong understanding of key issues and trends. • Creates and executes innovative and effective marketing campaigns, concepts, and strategies to drive sales, exposure, and virality, including ads, TVCs, digital and social media campaigns and content, and all activities important to moms’ journey. • Identifies key trends and tools in performance marketing and social media marketing in order to develop effective CRM/digital approaches. • Accurately measures, analyzes, and reports business performance; continually assesses the relevance and value of marketing initiatives to drive improved return on investment and prioritization of vetted growth drivers. • Controls the brand marketing budget with rigorous tracking and prioritization to deliver on business plan commitments. • Assesses competitive strategies as well as market insights to make recommendations that consistently drive the brand’s scientific superiority and consumer relevance. • Ensures marketing activities comply with relevant Acts, legal demands, ethical standards, and Corporate Business and Safety procedures. • Reviews complaints and suggestions relating to assigned products and develops action plans to address them. • Effectively communicates with cross-functional teams, upwards and downwards, and agency partners. • Provides leadership, guidance, and expertise to the brand team within a dynamic matrix organization. Works with the team to ensure ongoing development of their brand management expertise, business analytics, quality execution, and achievement of career goals. Accountabilities: - Develop and execute annual brand marketing plans with clear KPIs and priorities. - Effectively manage partner agencies and guide them to execute the brand activities with clear briefs and goals. - Encourage open communication and strong collaboration with Trade, Sales, Finance, as well as other functional areas to ensure on-time and in-full implementation of marketing programs to achieve goals. - Build organization through succession planning and individual growth plans to develop next-generation managers. - Confidently engage and communicate with Abbott senior management.

Keahlian dan pengalaman yang dibutuhkan

• At least 7 years of experience in brand management, developing ATL brand communication in both traditional and digital based on consumer insights. • Experience in building teams. • Strong communication skills. Demonstrates effectiveness in communicating to both upper management and cross function partners. • Proven track record in executional excellence: keen eye for detail from planning to monitoring of results. • Strong sense of ownership and commitment.
