QA/QC Management
- Work with global QA Practice Head to define, and lead the QA strategy across all engineering teams, ensuring best practices are implemented. - Drive continuous improvements in QA processes, testing methodologies, and tools. - Define and track quality-related KPIs, taking actions to improve efficiency and effectiveness. Communicate metrics and insights to leadership, providing clear updates on progress and challenges. - Oversee manual, automated testing processes, monitoring, alerting, and incident management practices to ensure system reliability. - Mentor a team of around 20 QA engineers, fostering career development. Provide hands-on guidance and mentorship to them, helping them stay updated with industry trends and technologies. - Develop training and learning paths for the team to enhance their testing skills and capabilities. - Work closely with product, engineering, and operations teams to ensure alignment on quality goals. - Cultivate a culture of accountability and excellence within the QA team.
- Proven experience of 8+ years in QA leadership roles within a large engineering team (12-20 engineers). - Strong hands-on expertise in QA manual and automation testing. - Solid understanding of QA metrics and KPIs, with a demonstrated ability to drive improvements. - Proven track record of coaching and developing teams in a fast-paced, high-growth environment. - Energized and proactive leader, passionate about quality and building high-performing teams. - Experience in black box, white box, performance, resilience, and load testing. - Proficient communication skills in English and good presentation skills.
