Operation Management Sales Management
– Set sales goals to propose suitable business strategies for each period. – Search, maintain, and expand relationships with customers – Attend conferences, trade shows, and networking events to build a strong pipeline of business opportunities. – Combine with CS Dept. to feedback & solve customers’ problems. – Develop training programs, direct training to ensure the quality of Sales staff, evaluate employee performance – Build and develop Sales process. Implement periodical evaluation of Sales processes and continuously improve – Develop goals and KPIs for Sales Department. Monitor sales performance using data both data analysis and track sales metrics
1. Education: – Graduated from universities majoring in Foreign Trade, Logistics, economics, business administration or other relevant fields. – Good knowledge and experience of forwarding (sea freight, air freight), import-export, transportation and customs. 2. Working Experience: – 2 – 3 years of experience or more in the position of Sales leader/manager in the freight forwarding or import-export industry. – Priority is given to strong experience of North America and Europe routes both sea/air. – Have a certain customer base; – Familiar with various shipping companies; – Fluent in English. – Good MS Office skills.
