- Responsible for die & mold design team in daily activities including new die design, - Analysis & improve mold & die operation capacity, - Responsible for design new die & mold/ old stamping die &mold recon/ modification/improvement. - Supervise and mentor employees, providing leadership and development, coordination of departmental training, and monitoring projects as needed, other job assigned by Senior.
Keahlian dan pengalaman yang dibutuhkan
- Graduated from University - Good English - Have at least 3 years experience in similar position, prefer in manufacturing companies. - Strong people management & leadership skill. - Well understand in die design - Good at design tools (SolidWorks is preferred) - Logical thinking, analytical & problem solving skills. - Be innovative, have sunao mind, interpersonal skill
