• Managing a team, determining project requirements, and providing technical directions (technology selection, system design, approach, etc.) • Offering technical support/assistance to software developers to achieve daily, weekly, and monthly goals • Liaising with team members, management, and clients to ensure projects meet required standards • Analyzing existing operations and scheduling training sessions, meetings, and code reviews to improve workflows • Keeping up-to-date with industry trends and developments • Updating work schedules and performing troubleshooting when needed • Being transparent with the team about challenges, failures, and successes • Interviewing and selecting team members
Keahlian dan pengalaman yang dibutuhkan
• 3 years of experience in a similar role • Strong expertise in at least one programming language: ReactJS or NodeJS • Effective verbal communication in English with clients • Strong leadership and organizational abilities • Excellent technical, diagnostic, and troubleshooting skills • Good communication, motivational, and interpersonal skills
