- Strategic Planning - Develop sales forecasts and strategies to meet targets. - Analyze sales data for revenue trends, client behavior, and reporting. - Identify and prioritize growth opportunities in new markets and existing clients. - Sales Policy Implementation - Enhance sales processes, policies, and documentation. - Track improvements with appropriate authorizations. - Team Management and Support - Build a sales-driven team with a collaborative spirit. - Develop a motivated sales structure with clear career paths for each role. - Provide teams with tools, resources, and training to improve effectiveness. - Collaborate with the sales department on strategy development and implementation. - Consult with team members on sales activities and client relationship management. - Manage and evaluate team performance. - Participate in recruitment, training, and development of team members. - Risk Management - Assess and manage risks linked to business development activities. - Client Acquisition - Identify and pursue new business opportunities with SME clients for products like Payroll Financing and Earned Wage Access. - Generate and qualify leads through networking, referrals, and cold calling; responsible for pipeline and conversion management. - Build and maintain strong relationships with SME clients as a trusted advisor. - Conduct regular client meetings to understand evolving requirements and provide ongoing support, fostering referrals from existing clients. - Market & Competitor Research - Conduct market research to spot potential business opportunities, trends, and customer needs. - Stay informed about industry trends, competitive landscape, and SME financing requirements.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field; Master's degree preferred - Proven track record of at least 6+ years of experience in business development, sales, or relationship management within the financial industry, focusing on SMEs - Strong understanding of SME financing needs and challenges - Excellent target planning and organization skills - Demonstrated leadership and project management capabilities - High integrity, fairness, and commitment to teamwork - Exceptional networking and prospecting skills to generate new leads and build a robust sales pipeline - Outstanding communication and presentation skills to effectively convey value propositions for Payroll Financing and EWA products - Ability to work independently and handle complex, changing, and ambiguous environments - Target-driven mindset with a proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets - Self-motivated, proactive, and result-oriented - Fluent in English with strong communication skills
