Leading and coaching engineers in your team to design and implement secure, scalable, and impactful solutions. Helping us evolve our web platform. We currently use Next.js 14, managing the projects with Nx. We deploy our code to production using continuous deployment. Working at a senior level across the programme team, collaborating with architects, engineers, and customer experience experts. Self-organising your own priorities, you will facilitate rapid decision making for the team. Shaping how ANZ delivers on their commitment to providing great customer service through technology.

We are trying to reimagine the way we help and interact with our customers, so we are looking for candidates with creativity, an open mind and positive energy. Our requirements are as below: Must have: - From 5 years of web or application development experience including defining application architecture. - 2+ years working with ReactJS or NextJS using TypeScript (NextJS preferred) - Strong understanding of software engineering principles. - Ability to demonstrate UI design literacy. - Experience with frontend unit testing and familiarity with testing-library. - A good understanding of WCAG Accessibility 2.0, Level AA or higher (we do not expect you have experience; intermediate knowledge is okay) - Working in an agile team environment including relevant tools. - Good ability in English Required Skills: -ReactJS, NextJS, TypeScript - UI design - Unit testing. - WCAG Accessibility 2.0 - Cloud: GCP, AWS, Azure - Continuous integration, continuous delivery, and continuous deployment (CI/CD)
