Responsibilities: - Design and Develop: Create and implement new features for our SaaS platform tailored for the healthcare industry. - Lead Projects: Oversee projects from inception to completion, ensuring timely and quality delivery. - Technical Expertise: Provide expert knowledge in building large-scale, enterprise-grade web applications. - Cross-Functional Communication: Collaborate effectively with engineering, design, product, and leadership teams. - Team Player: Foster a supportive team environment where everyone works together to overcome challenges and achieve goals. - Self-Starter: Quickly adapt to new products and technologies, demonstrating a proactive learning approach. - Product Passion: Exhibit a strong enthusiasm for building a world-class software product that makes a difference.

Keahlian dan pengalaman yang dibutuhkan

- Fullstack Development: Expertise in Node.js, Next.js. - Enterprise-Grade Applications: Extensive experience with building and scaling large, complex web applications. - Cloud Infrastructure: Proficiency with containerization technologies like Docker and k8s. - Fluent English: Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal. - Experience: 10+ years in software development, with a strong track record of leading successful, large-scale projects or products (such as Zalo, Momo, Tiki, etc.) - Leadership: Demonstrated experience as a technical lead, guiding teams through complex project lifecycles. - Mentorship: Experience in mentoring and developing junior engineers. - Agile Methodologies: Strong understanding and practical experience with Agile development processes. - Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
