You'll mainly focus on paid marketing channels like Baidu, XHS, Douyin, and WeChat to boost bookings and connect with our audience. You will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to drive the amber's growth from 1 to 10. Responsibilities : ● Shaping the marketing strategy to build amber’s brand in China ● Identify right channel mix and optimize towards generating booking from relevant online channels such as Baidu, XHS, Douyin and Wechat amongst others ● Identity and optimize the user journey across amber’s different digital assets including the website, App, MiniProgram and Social Media ● Setup and scale organic performance across Search Engines by deploying the right On-page and Off-page SEO strategies. ● Help build engaging communities on Social Media channels and partner with Sales to qualify relevant interest ● Guide the overall team to understand China nuances and help them learn and fail fast ● Collaborating with different stakeholders across product development, partnership, sales, and operations ● Drive growth marketing experiments and initiatives to validate and scale effective strategies ● Run competitor benchmarking exercises to identify how our peers are performing and use those insights to refine amber’s overall marketing strategy
Keahlian dan pengalaman yang dibutuhkan
● 8 years of experience in marketing/strategy preferably in Study ABroad/Overseas Student Accommodation industry ● Should have experience in different social media platforms like Baidu, Tieba, Douyin, XHS, etc ● Previous experience in handling a team of 10+ marketers. ● Entrepreneurial mindset - High Ownership - Ability to multitask, work in a fast-paced start-up environment in a remote setup ● Proven track record of success in developing and executing Digital Marketing campaigns ● Strong creative vision and ability to translate brand strategy into compelling campaigns online and offline brand marketing campaigns is a big plus ● Ability to work independently and as part of a team ● Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
