The candidate joining the group will be expected to participate in high impact strategic initiativewith senior leadership visibility. The candidate will also own engaging with data providers tomanage all aspects of data sourcing and data analysis: - Bank account balances and transactions feeds - General Ledger integration, Geneva Advent, Eze Castle, Invest Tran etc… The role and responsibilities will include, but not limited to the following: - Sourcing and analysis of new data feeds from banks and prime brokers - Manage new client requirements to establish interface counterparties andOMS/Accounting Systems (GVA, Invest Tran, Netsuite etc…) - Automate, and improve efficiencies for existing service offering (work with differentaccounting systems to standardize G/L report types) - Team Play – facilitate/participate in cross team activities to understand impact anddependencies. - Multitasking – Manage individual tasks and deliverables to successful completion. - Manage Change – Ability to work in an ever-changing environment and adapt quickly. - Leadership – become one of the key players in building and maintaining counterpartyand vendor relationships.
Keahlian dan pengalaman yang dibutuhkan
- 5+ years of experience, detail orientated,organized with strong analytical and problem-solving skills. - Fluent English - Must have exp in core banking or finance process, creating data sourcing / data flow document - Proficient in Microsoft word, PowerPoint, Excel and Outlook - Knowledge in Cash, Transactions and Positions reconciliations - Knowledge in General Ledger posting - Experience in implementing strategic interfaces with vendors and other data providers. SkillSet: - Solid understanding of operational processes required. - Strong attention to detail and delivery track record. - Strong partnership record and ability to build effective business relationships. - Excellent communication, presentation (both oral and written) and influencing skills. - Ability to work independently or work in group setting. - Ability to understand and leverage systems/tools quickly and efficiently. - Excellent critical thinking, problem solving and decision-making skills.
