Provide expert-level support and guidance on SAP S/4 HANA FI/CO modules. Independently manage and deliver assigned tasks and projects within established timelines. Configure FI/CO applications in alignment with business requirements and best practices. Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project outcomes. Identify, analyze, and resolve complex FI/CO issues.
Minimum of 8-10 years of hands-on experience in SAP S/4 HANA FI/CO modules. Experience in implementation and rollout projects with both foreign and local customers. Experience in presales activities. Experience with Activity Based Costing (ABC) for more granular cost analysis in automotive manufacturing (if applicable).

SAP FI (Financial Accounting): Expertise in General Ledger (GL), Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), and Fixed Assets. Ability to configure FI for automotive-specific transactions (e.g., dealership accounting, warranty settlements). Knowledge of costing models for vehicle assembly and inventory management for high-volume, complex parts. Experience with revenue recognition for dealerships (if applicable). Compliance with Understanding of Vietnamese accounting principles (VAS) and how they differ from international standards (IFRS). Industry regulations (e.g., Sarbanes-Oxley). Familiarity with Vietnamese tax regulations and their impact on financial reporting. Knowledge of the Vietnamese Chart of Accounts. Ability to configure SAP FI for VN localization, including setting up tax codes, chart of accounts, and reporting structures compliant with Vietnamese regulations. SAP CO (Controlling): Experience with Cost Center Accounting (CCA) and Profitability Analysis (COPA) to track and analyze automotive manufacturing costs. Knowledge of Product Costing (PC) for accurate costing of vehicles and components, considering complex bill-of-materials (BOM) structures.
